The feedback we got back about our typography was that most of the people we asked like the font that we originally chose for our title sequence but we wanted to have other fonts people could look at if they didn't think the one we chose fitted our genre. 

This is the typography that we have chosen to use in our title sequence and this is how the title will appear in our title sequence. Below are the other types of fonts I chose that I thought would go well with our genre: 

The reason we didn't pick any of the other fonts was because we thought they didn't suit our genre as well as the one we chose did. This is because we thought that most of them looked like they belonged in a horror film which isn't the same as our genre. But I liked the font that we picked because it looks formal but not too formal and its quite distorted which is something we wanted to portray in our title sequence. In our title sequence, all of our credits will appear on either a black screen we put in between shots or it will appear within some of our footage. When we start editing again tomorrow we will decide whether we want our typography on a black screen or on our actual footage.

Today in class my group and I showed our title sequence to the class. When we presented our title sequence there were many things that needed to be done like the typography, the green screen effects and the colour effects. Many people liked our soundtrack and thought it went well with our title sequence. Some people liked the way we burnt the death certificate and the missing poster. Someone wrote that they got some sense of the narrative from the newspaper that featured in our title sequence. Many people in our class thought that things that needed to be developed are that the shots are too long because all of our shots are slo mo.

People in our class thought that the ending wasn't clear enough and there needed to be a build up or a climax. Also some of our class thought that many of our shots were out of focused but that was only because most of our shots were in slo mo.

Today we are going to improve on this feedback that we got by adding effects to our green screen, adding effects to our sequence and putting in transitions to make the shots flow better. Below are some feedback sheets that the class filled out:

Pitch feedback

Today in our lesson we pitched to the class again because we had made improvements based on their feedback they gave us the week before. Unlike last week, everyone understood what our narrative was about but wanted a clearer understanding to as what was going to happen at the end of the film. The class liked the fact that we had researched into our two films that inspired us which were prisoners and taken. However, some people thought that our budget was too high even though our film had Leonardo DiCaprio in it. They all understood what our title sequence was about and liked the concept. Something they wanted us to improve on was the narrative, the budget and to re-think the cast. This is because some people couldn't understand why Leonardo DiCaprio was in this genre. They thought we have to pick someone that has been in this genre before.
